end of 4th week test e strength gains?

im on the end of the 4th week of my 10 week cycle of test e
and i havent noticed any strength or noticeable gains on my body
i know its legit any reason?

im doing 500mg a week one shot tuesday one shot friday
 
is this a "first" cycle?
taking test doesn't "guarantee" strength gains. How is your diet and training program?
do you "feel" anything else from the test? ie changes in libido, changes is sleep, tingling or flushing in your body, water retention, gyno?
 
yeah this is my first cycle

and my training is

monday-chest tris
tuesday- back and bis
wendsday-shoulders and legs
thursday-rest
friday-rest
saturday-cardio
sunday-mixture of whatever i feel i need to work on

my diet isnt very good which i feel good be the reason

i try to cram as much protien as i can and alot of calories i have a problem never being hungry so i been forcing myself to eat so much
but lately i been more and more hungry so i feel as if it could be helping
 
also my libido is through the roof my facial hair is basically never gone my arms are deffintly getting bigger but nothing really else

Eat more. Buy in bulk at a warehouse if money is an issue and cook a bunch of food at once and store them in plastic containers in the fridge and eat them up every few hours. Carry food with you when you go out too like school or work.
 
joeyrods, just gonna throw my 2cents in. When I did my first it was the same as yours. However, into my 3rd week I became extremely tired. Wanted to sleep all the time. Lasted until the end of my 4th week. Then it picked up gradually day by day. My strength. Recovery times. Appitite. All of it. I did have my diet locked in though. 6 meals a day + shakes. Keep it clean. Drink plenty of water. I puffed up a bit but I have always been able to loose weight quickly. Persevere my brother. It's going to start in pretty soon. Enjoy:D :D :D
 
stop overthinking it! look up some diet plans on here and stick with it. diet is one of those things that if you fail to plan you plan to fail. if you want any advice pm me and ill give you a couple of good links to diets.

today i woke up and saw in the mirror right above my abs right below my rib cage is sticking out tremendously it looks like im sucking in my stomach and its kind of freaking me out

not sure what to think that sounds a little weird, maybe your ribcage has expanded making your stomach have a sucked in look who knows? or possibly its that your not getting enough quality calories
 
well its not really a wierd growth it looks like my the bottom of my ribcage is puffed out i guess like bloated but idk if i go to the doctors should i tell them im on test?
 
Depends on your relationship with your doc. Only you can guage your comfort level with having that "off the record" discussion.

One thing is certain though, just like with Legal Advice, you can't get good Medical advice if you withhold material facts during your doc's evaluation. He could be running down a wild goose chase when that one little tidbit of info may have guided him right to the answer.

Your call really. Most doc's (not mine unfortunately) will close the note pad and listen, if you respectfully ask that your discussion be held in confidence.
