How long was it from when you did your first shot to when you changed your diet?

If someone started TRT or a new cycle, how long should they wait to start changing their diet for their lean bulking goals? eg if they took their first shot on day one, what day should would they start their new diet? Thanks bros.

They should have been dieting long before their shot. Whether it was dieting for packing on muscle, or dieting to get lean, they should have been putting effort into one or the other before they turned to any anabolics

True, true, but don't anabolics allow the body to increase the utilization of protein? And support an increase in calorie (clean) intake?

yes, they do. I see what your asking now, I think I took the post the wrong way. I tend to eat fewer calories off cycle to avoid gaining bodyfat. If your trying to cycle steroids to gain some size but stay within ballpark range on bodyfat then yeah, I wouldn't start eating too much until I began the cycle. Whether it was day one, or day 3, I dont rationalize it that hard, whatver day I feel is right, haha. Biggest reason many guys gain bodyfat/fluid when they come off isnt necessarily a calorie thing, I think its an estrogen rebound. Therefore, always have some nolvadex on hand, and taking an OTC diet pill wouldnt be a bad idea either when your coming off
