Thigh pain after administration

Having some serious thigh pain after admin. of test e. No signs of abscess or infection, just the classic "ahh god it hurts when I walk" bit going on. No pain in the booty when I administer there, well, not really. It still hurts, dully, for a few days... but not as bad as the thigh. Any recommendations about spot locations for this guy? Thanks bros

This is commonly the result of the BB or BA in the oil used to sterilize it and minimize the chances of infection.

If you have painful gear, it sucks man. I can relate to that. Nothing you can do but take an Aleve and work through it. Be sure to heat the oil first too, like under hot water. Or you can pick up some cutting oil (e.g. Grapeseed), and cut the gear with the sterile oil. That will help the most, but it means you have to inject more at a time or more frequently.

No, never done the thigh before.
Shooting .8 ml's in the thigh per inject
Pain lasts for a few days.
Shooting in the vastus lateralus (anatomically in the middle of the leg, on the outside) of the quadricep (did extensive research on where to go in the thigh, drew a map on my leg and compared it to at least 6 different IM thigh injection pictures)

thanks bro. I probably won't cut it, but just do glutes more often... that and get some aleve!

Dude - I got the same pain on my first quad pinning. It sucks.

In my case, I made the following mistakes. See if you did any of these:

1) didn't sink the full 1" pin in
2) Used the same need to pin that was used to draw
3) Just blasted the whole 1ml in there on about a 1 count - lol (just sunk the plunger)
4) rubbed the hell out of it after, and, if all that wasn't enough
5) stretched it like hell.

All said, I suspect the depot leaked and ran down my leg. It eventually settled around the knee. Pain lasted almost 5 days. Day 3 I limped around.

The good news: Pain is a fantastic learning too. I never made those mistakes again.

We used to call it "Blowing a new oil pocket". It happens when you hit virgin territory. I can't tell you how many times it's happened to me over the years. It will go away.

No matter what you do.
I homebrew my own and cut the ba back and I still get pain and sometime a knot.

go to CVS and buy a microwavable gel pack. heat it up and put it over the area for around 30 minutes, the heat will help
