Geting out of keto with too much protien?
heard it's possible to get out of ketosis if you consume too much pro at one time,or is just when your trying to get into keto? i ate a whole rotesserie chik last night! how many grams of pro is that anyway, im guesing close around 150?

You cant get into ketosis with too much protein, but once youre in, you can up your protein a lil bit...but not too much.
To get into ketosis your ratios must be 75/20/5 (Fat,Protein,Carb). Then once youre in you can change your ratios to 60/35/5. |

Jimmy, do you have an example of what the diet would look like using the macros from above? I can't imagine what you eat all the time time to get your fat intake that high. |

Alot of people seem to forget we are talking about caloric values, not food weight. 1 gram of protein = 4 calories, but meanwhile 1 gram of fat = 9 calories. IMO, the Keto diet is simply for maximum fat loss while dieting down. If done correctly, along with T3, Clen, and morning cardio, this diet causes the fat to simply melt off you, you will see yourself change every day. On cycle, you shouldnt need to do this diet for more than 4 weeks. Once youve met the bf% you are comfortable with, you switch up the ratios to high carb, high protein, low fat, and you will lay on some nice mass . i had read your prevoius post and said .5 g pro per pound and 1 g fat per pound, when in ketosis is 1 g per pound is fine, wright but how many grams fat? how often do you lift when i ketosis? you put out some good info out there man, much preciatted it, im trying get ripped asap, never fully had a six pak
