I started lifting about a yr. ago. When I started I weighed about 130 with no goals in mind.. Now I'm 165-170.. Would like to bulk up and then slim back down.. Full time job I work 10hr. days then hit the gym.. But I have been stuck at this weight and cant seem to get much bigger...What are some good foods to eat perhaps even a good bulking diet i could try!?

Go to the store and stock up and LOTS of meats, Also slam a couple cytogainer shakes a day and you will put on some more weight!
