1st cycle
I been lifting consistently for 12 years. I have hit a strength plateu which i would like to break. Size would nice, but i am not that concerned about it. I am 6'1, 185lb 8-10% bf. Diet is very clean, about 2000-2200 calories per day, with minimal calories from non vegetable/fruit carbs.
12 week planned cycle 250 TE per week 50mg var/day 500 iu HCG/week 12.5mg aromasin/day PCT: Nolva 20mg.day 2.5 ius HGH The questions i have are 4. any other advice/pointers? Last edited by Dad; 03-27-2009 at 12:34 PM. Reason: Propose something, NO "how do I take" |

In addition to the comments about eating, which I totally agree, I would not worry at all about using the HGH. At your level of development that is not needed at all. It wont do much of anything for you to be honest. Save your money.
I would add 250 cal/day of clean food and watch yourself grow before resorting to the steriods. Do that 1 week at a time and keep track of your waist measurment. If you start to see your waistline increase in size, cut back on the calories. Once you have this mastered, then maybe look to using the pharmaceuticals. |
