Input on Syntheselen, Synthelamin, Synthetine

Bought these 3 a month or so ago, but i can't say i'm liking the idea of sticking myself every day (i know, the 'lamin is every 3). I'm under Phils tutelage, but didn't get him to respond to my question about is this stuff really worth the daily pinning, maybe because it's a obviously stupid question

I'm 5'8" 186, running about 16-17% bf, and getting serious about leaning up. Following Phil's dieting and training recommendations, and doing cardio after lifting.

So to make a long story short, do you think this stuff gives the results worth pinning daily?

that pink stuff HURTS like a mutha!!! guess i don't need to put all 3.5cc's in one spot, better to have 2 slightly less spots?

I found it wasnt that bad. I personally did all 4cc of mine at a time, just so i wouldnt have to inject again in the same day. Once a day is PLENTY for me! Plus i was running the carntinine as well.....Great supps, but brutal on the ol buttcheeks

i'm doing the pinning in the thigh, maybe i need to switch to the glutes?

Im not sure if one is more painful then the other. The meto stimulator and carnitine are the only things ive ever injected, and always did it in the glutes cause the needles i had were 1 1/2 in. To long to do anywhere else. After a while it wasnt so bad.
