KFC Grilled Chicken

I love the idea of having somethign available thats not deep fried and moderately healthy at the drive thru in a bind

Im going to have to give my KFC a visit. The grilled chicken breast has 4g fat/0g cho/35g pro....looking good.

Tried it last week...I liked it. Its a nice alternative for nights I don't want to cook...also only 4-5g of fat per breast and 35g of protein.

wow, i don't really eat out like that, but looking at kfc's nutritional facts sheet i was very suprised to see only 440mg of sodium per peice.

I still wouldn't purposly take my family to kfc though.

I am very interested in this KFC chicken sandwich......never tried it before. If it is anything like Wendy's chicken sandwich, I will have to try it. Wendy's chicken sandwich is quite tasty and relatively healthy as well. Looks like I will be heading to KFC for dinner tonight!

Well i bought a bucket and am not to impressed at all. It was expensive, and stupid me was thinking I would get a actualy chicken breast in it! A 12 piece came with six wings, three thighs, three breasts for what my guess would be a grand total of 16oz of meat if they are lucky. And in truw kfc fashion, the breast piece is half bone. It was tasty, but not the best bang for my buck.

I like it. I usually just order breasts so it can be pricey. Its certainly cheaper to buy whole rotisserie chicken at the grocery store, but the drive through aspect is useful at times when I'm in a hurry. Also less messy at work.
