How to open glass vial

I did a few types of searches through the forum search so I'm hoping this isn't a repeat question!!

Very familiar with the 10ml bottles with the rubber top, but know nothing on how to open these small 1ml glass vials. Do I just snap the top off?? Just don't want to break it without first knowing the how to with them! (Test prop 250) is the item.

If you have a cutoff tool like the one that comes with a Dremel use that if not get knife. Where the the vial is most narrow "the neck" scrape with the knife or cutting tool all the way around. One hand hold the vial tightly at the bottom other hand wrap in tissue or a napkin, grip at the top and pop the top off, with the same motion like breaking a stick or pencil.

you need a metal nail file.....just score it below the bell, no need to saw through it=-) once you score it, my lab rat tells me, they pop off rather easily.

The AMPS today are easy to open atleast it seems to me. the ones a few yrs ago were a pain.. use a cloth .dont want to cut urself shit hurts. and apply some pressure and it will pop right off.
you can score the amp too if ur having troubles like the others say. or just get an amp opener.
