syntheselen take in morning or what time of day

just starting to take syntheselen, it says it gives increased energy. what is best time of day to take it??

Not a pro or anything but split the recommened dose and take half in the morning and half when I get home from work (around 7:30). Stuff works great!

sounds good. i will give it a try and update my results. do you generally feel better all around, or is a slow process for results?
