It was for me. Ordered some 8mgs from a canadian site and never came. Couldnt find any online that was in stock or freakin like a 100 bucks.

So the other day i went to walmart to get some Benadryl for this damn heat rash this tanning oil gave me and viola! I found primatene that actually has ephedrine in it. 12.5 mgs grabbed some no doz and some aspirin and boom i got it. the whole thing costed me 19 bucks...

25 mg ephadrine
325 aspirin
200 caffiene

stuff is crazy

today i monitered my heart rate and on average it was 165 and its max was 195 during a 28 minute plus 5 minute cool down cardio session.

appietite is pretty much non exsistent.



had to share that with anyone searching for a eca, cheap and it works.

love it.

i got my g/f that eca stack at walmart but I substituted some green tea pills for the no-doz caffeine. the green tea pills have natural caffeine in them and some other good stuff....seems to be working for her and she loves it!!!!

The problem with that OTC stuff is all the guafasein (sp?) in it. Really clogs up my nose.

me and her are on it and we havent experienced that at all, sorry to hear that it didnt work for you... funny that a bronchial aid would do that to you...
