for the past 2 weeks ive been taking my first dose in the morning on an empty stomach now all of a sudden i take it then i can barely eat 30-60 min later and my stomach is getting upset, will it diminish the effects taking it after i eat first meal?

Not from my experience. I take take it with or after my first meal. Have had no issues. Sorry to hear about your discomfort.

As Ness stated...try taking it with food next time.

ya i tried one last time today...what i do is wake up take it then go back to bed till it kicks in haha but today was the last draw i took it slept 20 min went downstairs to try and eat a banana and shake before i go run and literally every bite into the banana and i gagging to the point of almost throwing up.

some people are sensitive to foods, supplements ect i take it on an empty stomach and am fine, but if u are having problems take it with food
