What the hell...
Okay, so I was all exited. Bought my first cycle, getting ready to run it in two or three weeks and I find this...
Why steriods gains diminish after 8 weeks. What should I expect? I'm running: 12 weeks of Test C @ 400mg/wk HCG @ 500iu/wk Letro @ .25mg/day (maybe less) Stats: 23 210lbs 14%bf Five years lifting, one competition under my belt. Last edited by JM1219; 06-16-2009 at 04:35 PM. |

I shouldn't be too worried as for some people they find the effects get less and for others it seems to be ok. Remember, a lot of pro's or guys near pro level run test for half a year or more constantly just to create the anabolic environment they need to support constant muscle growth, albeit at a much higher dosage. but taking just the length of time into account, the dosage should be irrelevant if the 12 week theory was to be correct 100% of the time.

Disregard that post. He has some very unusual methods that are better off left alone. My opinion. If it were me, I would do 250 iu of HCG e3d and .25mg of letro eod if necessary. 400 is a good amount. Eat 1.5 to 2g of protein per lb of body weight. Enjoy!

Forget all these little timetables
Your body doesn't know a week from 10 days.
Go until you plateau. Then decide what you think is best for you at that point. Just remember this: there is rarely such a thing as "one" cycle. So, think long and hard about your road ahead. Good luck!

My diet is more of a recomp style. I just got back from Army basic six weeks ago. Lost some fat, lost even more strength and muscle. Its coming back quickly though. This is what I have up for fitday.com 302g pro 180g carb ~50 or 60g fat (that number may be off, the chicken breast on fitday.com is recorded having more fat than the chicken I use) |

I don't plan on this being a 'one cycle deal'. This definitely isn't a sport I'm just considering doing. I've done one competion and based off how much I enjoyed that whole experience I know I'm going to do many more.
