Quick Question Fellas:
After finishing quad focused leg presses or elliptical with a lot of resistance I get horrible quad cramps about 30 seconds after I stop.

I understand the best way to deal with it after the exercise is stretch the quads.

But for yall what seems to be the best way to prevent it?
-Stretching Before?
-More Warmup Sets?

Thanks!

I stretch for a couple of minutes BEFORE and throw in some light leg extentions, or you might just need more potassium.

You should always stretch the muscle group before working it and I agree to do some light warm ups. Maybe even some really light cardio just to get the blood flowing. I think the body reacts much better when there is some expectation of what is about to happen. Make sense?

Whats the benefits of using a liquid? I have to use an additional magnesium supplement or I get really bad muscle fasciculations.

absorption and availability
