*NAC 600mg, with lunch.
*BCAA 1500mg, pre-workout.
*L-glutamine 2grams, after workout.
*Taurine, 1000mg, between meals.
*Protien 180grams, w/900calories a serving.
*2-4weeks before finish start HCG 2x a week.
*HCG twice a week.
One month PCT
*Cycle Support, PCT.
*Nolvadex, 30/20/10.
Will be in my "bodyspace" for tracking progress. Currently in loading phase. Any input let me know? This is my second cycle of havoc. Last time I was 160lbs peaked at 187. A year later never went below 180lbs. This time I want to go from 180lbs to 195lbs.
I work out 6 days a week
cardio (cycle class 1hr)
chest/back (1-2 hrs)
cardio (stairs,cycle 1hr)
Legs (1hr)
Shoulders (1hr)
Bicep/tricep (1-2hrs)
Each day, add to the time 30min abs.
I also eat enough to keep my jaw muscles always sore. (not a gay joke kids)
