I wanted to say this is by far the best board around. Very knowledgable people here with years of experience with AAS. If someone is critisizing someone, its not because they are a dick. Its because they want to show you the right way and not make the same mistakes they did.
So to all the big guns on here, ,you know who you are, thanks for helping people including myself and keep up the good work. Remember guys, if you are somewhat brand new like I am, ask away, they will be more than happy to help you, remember constructive critisizm is what they are doing. Take their experience and learn from it
