Sup guys have my cycle all planned out,Im gonna be bulking 10 weeks then cutting 10 weeks to prepare for a BB competition.Ran it bye a friend of mine who made Top 3 at some notable BB competitions one including the Contra Costa

For the cutting part he recommend to do the prop at 50mgEOD then after 5 weeks blast it with 100mg propEOD,I had just had prop at 100mg EOD for the 10 weeks,But he said i would give my receptors a break and i would respond better

What do you guys think?Keep prop allway thru or cruise then blast?



Week 1-10 Test-E 600mg
Week 1-5 Dbol 30mg
Week 11-14 Prop 50mg EOD
Week 15-20 Prop 100mg EOD
Week 15-20 winny 40mg

If you enjoy jabbing yourself that much , what don't understand is why guys insist to "needing" to run fast active test for so long?? If i were going to drop my test before a show then I might stop the longer acting test 4 weeks out then do either suspension or prop for the final few weeks.

But other than that it looks decient , actualy nice to see somthing that doesn't include a gram of test a week and 500mg tren a week

Im doing a contest in Oct and one in Nov so figure i do prop and hope for less water retention,Since there only a month apart

Whats your take on the cruise for 5 weeks on 50mg then the blast of 100mg for the last 5 weeks

Dont have any experience with competing but this is what he recommended,Do most guys do that?


EDIT:Not sure if i miscalculated the prop dose but 100mg of propEOD will =400mg prop a week...correct?

Cycle looks fine...I have always said its not really the compounds you use, but how hard you diet...the gear is for keeping the muscle (or putting a bit on, you always hope)...as for the final ten weeks....I personally think doing some tren ace with the winny, and prop...so I personally would run it like this...

final 10 weeks

10-6 test E at 600mg per week or if you dont mind pinning yourself (100mg Prop EOD or 3 x a week)
D bol 30mg ED

Final 5 weeks to showtime

100mg test prop EOD (this is the point I would cut out a long acting test, IMO)
50-75mg Tren Ace, EOD or 3 x a week
30-40mg Winny oral, ED
light dose of arimadex (maybe .5 mg EOD or 3 x a week) might up this the final week to 10 days...

ofcourse diet and cardio (plus training style) will be the most improtant. But, AAS is important on keeping the muscle or adding a little bit while dieting.

Thanks for the replie Chris,But im gonna stick to just test and orals for my 1st cycleI forget to mention im gonna do 2 competitions somewhat back to back,One Oct 8th and a harder one Nov 12,As long as i add some nice lean muscle and stay lean i can take the oct comp since its local


So how would you plan the cycle with just test and the orals knowing about the 2 competions

This is what he told me for the cut part
"what I would do is cut the bulk down to 10 weeks
and cruise for 4 weeks and do a 6 week cut
well, start cutting week 10 but up the dosages 6 weeks out
thats what I like... 6 weeks on your body hasn't adapted to the hormones yet and stll have tons of kick. the longer you are on, the more your androgen receptors get saturated and the drugs have less effect"

Is there any truth to this?Like i said he placed top 3 at some hard shows but does he do this or lots of guys do this?

I thought offseason you increase cals, do some mild gear, train heavy and put on some muscle tissue. precontest you slowly cut cals, introduce some cardio or slightly raise existing cardio, raise the dosage of AAS from offseason (some do it backwards) and get BIG and LEAN :confused:

well you said you are doing the shows no matter what, so i would have gotten nasty lean naturally, then about 10 weeks out hit the sauce (a little more agressively) with slightly higher cals and grew into my show, you could have gotten bigger and leaner if done right.

Im kinda confused

I dont see why my theory is wrong,obviously you have million time more knowledge than me but this is how i see it....

Its my first cycle so i want to gain some lean mass and people say you grow alot on your 1st cycle so By eating a perfect diet that's around 6-10 pounds of lean muscle gain,with minimal fat(maybe im wrong here but 90% of people say 10pounds of muscle)

After that i plan to cut with prop and Clen while adding winny towards the end for 10 weeks.So if i lose 2pounds a weeks that's 2x10=20 pounds of fat lost with a few extra pounds coming from water,Clen will also be helping and winny will help dry me out of course with cardio and spot on diet

Im confuse were there are any flaws if things goto plan?

you look like you play hockey or maybe swim on the weekends....



you want a solid advice????


train your ass off for 3 or 4 years....
then (if you decide) start some test...maybe some masteron
and train your ASS OFF for another couple years.....
then diet down and see what the fuck you look like
and THEN decide if a show is in your future...

i just dont understand the logic of MOST people

easy bro, i NEVER said it was "flawed"... just not the way i would have went about things... if you can start a cycle, increase cals, start getting strong, get addicted to getting strong and watching the scale go up, without getting fat then GREAT JOB, i could not do it when i started out, so you will be a better man than me :cool: if you go putting on more bodyfat then you will be taking 3 steps back then 2 steps forward which leaves you at a -1 balance. if you grow without putting on fat with the bulk, then cut for 10 weeks then you will be golden, know this..... when you don't have a shit ton of muscle YOU BETTER BE FUCKING PEELED. :lightbulb:

NY, dude I think you will be very unhappy if you do these two shows man. Why are you so set on them? Its like someone who has never played a snap of football trying to walk on at USC.
If you want to be a bodybuilder then be one. Take some time to put some muscle on, diet down and see what you have. But right now you like you have never done a single bench press or squat.
