adductor exersizes

As an amateur bodybuilder for some 20 years it seems I am not developping the inside thighs whereas I do have nice flair on the outer quads. The gyms here in Aruba , do not have adductor machines and the suggested alternative of sitting on a bench between the cablestation, holding the pulleys from the low level against my knees, does not work as my wrists will not hold the weight I can press my knees together with. I squat with 3 plates on each side and then move on to the legpress to continue up to 8 plates on each side. This has developed a nice flair on the outside quads. My innerthighs look like Adam's on the attachment; they almost go inwards whereas on the picture of Abbas you see already a great improvement in the rounding of the inner-thighs. None of the many books, magazines or videos offer me any help. Anybody in this Forum can give me further advice??? With many thanks and regards, Jan
 
Do a wider stance on your squats. That will build your inner thighs quickly.

What BIG A said and if you do lunges, step out away from your mid-line. If this does not make sense, let me know I will explain in more detail.
