Help please

Need help looking to rent/own/or lease gym equipment I am trying to put together a business plan and have no idea where to go to buy, rent or lease equipment and the best available options. I looked on the internet and there were entirely too many hits for me to decipher. Does anyone have any first hand experience? I would like to run a very small personalized gym for trainers in the area to take clients who are to reluctant for personal reasons for the mainstream gyms or to serious to wait in line for equipment. I am currently putting together the equipment list I think is essential but I think my enthusiasm is more far reaching then my pockets are deep

A friend of mine does Icarian and Hammer. The best deal is when you get a repossessions from gyms that go out of business. You should be able to contact Icarian directly and ask them if they have repos. Also, I see from time to time on ebay a "lot" of gym equipment up for sale. Just ebay "icarian" and see what you get. A couple of guys own gyms here like Big Heinz and Phil Hernon that may be able to shed even more light on the subject.
