who knows how to setup a corporation?

I want to set up a coporation (I think)
I just bought internet cash empires and I do online nutritional programs for people and want to sell supplements.
If a check is made out to me or the business can several online business be under one corporation as I have many ideas??thanks

Incorporate in Nevada...you'll save state tax and has a few shelters

You'll need an attorney to file the paperwork for you. You have a few choices. C-corp, S-corp, LLC - limited liability corp, and a few others like PC (professional corp)

For a small business, LLC is best. This prevent having to prepare multiple tax returns if you are sole owner. C and S corps are designs to protect the owner from liability under the business name. In other words, if you spill paint all over someone 10,000 dollar persian rug and can't pay, then THE COMPANY did the damage and not you. They cannot come after you. But you would want liability insurance in case of something like that for your business. If your business can't pay, then you declare bankrupcy and walk away aww shucks.

A corp is like a person. It's an entity with it's own income and taxes and social security number (called an EIN). This is the way to go if you want to keep you to yourself and your business to your business.

You really need to get a book. Many a book at Amazon or Borders, etc.

Yes. I agree with OTH. Go the LLC route if you can. Will you be the only shareholder?

If your gonna do it the easiest, cheapest, and most econmical way is through an online company. Unless you have a lawyer friend who will do it cheap for you. The LLC is the way to go without a doubt and you can have several operations running underneath the one company name.
