Address history.. - 5 years.
Hi,
A lot of applications for loans etc. etc. ask you to list you addresses for the past five years starting from the current. However I had moved around a lot in the past five years since I was in undergrad and had different dorms every year, and also sometimes I had two addresses. Is there a website where you can check whats on the government file regarding what addresses you resided at in the last five years. Also is there a place to check your employment history as well.?? thanks |

They mostly want to know if you rent or own, and how long you have been at the current address. Being a student is a "mitigating" circumstance. Moving often does not disqualify you as many upper level managment types must move often to advance in a company.

Like Pesty said, pul your credit report for free. It has every address you have ever listed with, and every job you have recieved a pay check from. Also if you have a goofy name that someone always misspells it will be on there too! I know because one of my reports spells my first name 7 different ways.
If it's on your credit report, it's a best bet it's on your government file also.
