Does anyone here know much about WAGE DISCRIMINATION? I feel that I have been discriminated againsts. I have looked into the EQUAL PAY ACT OF 1963 but I am unsure whether I have the same rights as a female. This particular case that I am in is MALE vs. MALE discrimination. I have started compiling all the documented info that I can. So far that is the best info that I have. I work for a local government so a lot of the info I have is public info. I am still trying to find out what all information is made for the public.
If anyone knows any other place to look into please let me know. I dont know if there are any particular ACTS or laws that I may have to help myself. I have tried contacting the Department of Labor and the EEOC. They have thus far always sent me to another individual who can possible help. I havent talked to someone who is familiar with the ACTS or Laws. Maybe my best bet is to talk to a lawyer who is familiar with such cases???
