Money gram scam

Recently I applied online for a money gram pre- paid visa and received it yesterday and was informed where at my place of employment there is a scam going on with money gram, and can anyone say who uses this to send money exactly how to find out if what you have is legit? There is a website and customer service # listed on the back of the card.

You never want to use a visa or any type of card to pay for "gear". It can be traced back to you. Always pay cash when using Moneygram or Western Union. If you get scammed, you just have to accept the loss and try to find a trustworthy "supplier".

Your saying it can't be traced sending cash western union if customs stops the package and police show up at the address on the package, even a P.O BOX address ?

WoW! That leaves guys like myself totally without options. Wish I knew for sure what to do with the Synovex Plus pellets. I agree that anything is traceable via USPS, UPS... and internet, but I always thought the odds were a little better than 50/50 that no badges would accompany the package, damnit man.
