O/T can CyberRights be cracked?

With all the busts going on now it would be nice to know. Does anyone know if cyber rights emails can be cracked by feds? Also what about cyber rights emails that have been erased, can they be recovered?

They don't even have to try and crack it if they suspect someone is involved in some sort of illegal activity. All of the US based email providers, even the secure ones, will grant LE access to the customers account if LE can provide them with a subpoena.

Kane is right.

Dont use HM or CR etc as it doesnt take alot to get access to your data. A number of recent busts inv DEA using HM\CR anyway..so regardlss they are about and they will monitor what is going on.

Its just soo simple to take sources down..its not a joke......the main method has been to track the RETURN address from overseas raw suppliers and then put in a small RFID tag and there you have it...point to point information as to where the packs are going.......but thats a differnet issue totally...

Moral is, is that if you think using any of the current commerical web based secure email accounts is going to help, think again

This is mostly correct, only its not just US based email providers, its actually worldwide. The US owns the internet. They created it, and they control it. Most run of the mill, over the counter encryption algorythms have a back door built in, unless they are not mainstream. There are some exceptions however. WinRAR and WinZip are one of the hardest encryptions to crack still to this day when given an 8 character or more password especially when incorporating other characters in the password besides alpha-numeric. There is no hash or back door that I am aware of. Your messages are safe unless they somehow intercept your password from previous converstation or media transfer to the recipient. The only thing about this is, to read something encrypted by a Zip or Rar, it actually decrypts it to your hard drive as a temp file. If you are worried about your local machine you would need to delete the temp file OR the file you did a full extraction to and scrub free space with something like Eraser 5.7.
