Safe Mail Question

Anyone else being asked to enter in one of those number / letter combination things when logging on to their safe mail acct?
Anyone know why this is? Usually it happens when you enter in a wrong password a few times but it's happening all the time on every acct I have.

Yes. Many sites are doing this for security reasons
