help help help please

ok heres the mutiple problems that just started accuring today when i got home from work. well my pc said antivirus not active download now i wasnt here but i think my wife fell for it and now it has a popup that says download antivirus 360 now well its bs im not paying for something i dont need i have adware so that took all viruses and problems out what the hell can i do cause the pc wont even allow any websites even tho i lowered my security to low but it didnt do nething i still keep getting a page that says internet explorer cannot go to website what can i do for free to get rid of these problems

I would personally reinstall your OS (windows). If you REALLY don't want to, I would get AVG anti-virus, its free and does a scan. You can also do a scan from firefox/IE

Oh, AND NORTON IS the biggest Joke AntiVirus on the market.. Don't ever download/buy it.
If your going to buy an antivirus, go for kaspersky.

Go to that little icon in the bottom left corner click on it. go to "RUN" click on that. type in services.msc click ok, then you'll see "services" window. click on the "standard" and go down and right click on everything one at a time by clicking on properties under "general", change everything to "automatic"..then restart your pc. you have maleware on your pc so when it reboots run your maleware/adware removal program.
