Hey everyone
I just wanted to introduce myself, been in weightlifting since 15 and am now 39. Prior military, now business owner of outdoor power equipment shop with top of the line commercial lawn equipment. Really trying to get back into a serious consistant workout routine. Having a hard time juggling family, work and exercise. You would think self employment gives you more free time but not at all, not yet anyway( 5th year in shop). Just wanted to say hi and awsome board with good info.
