Looking forward--it's bleak

In the last 9 months, I've lost my job making over $60K/year, gotten a DUI and therefore a criminal record, gone bankrupt, lost my fiance, moved back in with my parents at 26 years old, lost 20 lbs of muscle, and am now making minimum wage working overnight at Target stocking shelves.

I can barely afford my DUI insurance, college loans, and bills, and can't move out of my parents (not that I can even afford it on 30 hours/week) because of my credit.

Any advice?

Yup, get what ever extra job you can to keep up with your bills.
If it was your first DUI and it was a middle of the road type of case you were convicted of, then your program should be very short...What ever you do, just don't get another cause then it's really going to F ya up.

Trust me, the future isn't bleak...it just appears that way to you right now. Time will pass and if you keep busy being productive it'll go very fast. Before you know it, you'll have gotten through this rough patch....You're only 26 and the DUI should only be a misdermeanor or you'd probably be incarcerated. A lot of jobs only look for felonies although I'm sure there are some that look at it all.

I'll say it again...Use this time you need to pass to keep busy being as productive as possible...You are only 26.

Be Positive!

Lifes only as bad as we make it out to be, why don t you try making a positive situation out of a negative, your life has changed but it does nt mean this is the way its always gonna be its what you make it so turn it all around buddy. Positve mental attitude it works! Its all part of life and these things are sent to test us and if anything you should become a stronger person for it and learn from your mistakes and move onwards and upwards!!
