Yeah the Kai Greene and Phil heath rivalry is unmatched.

Actually felt bad for Kai. That’s got to be soul crushing for Kai to have come so close only to never win. There was a few years I thought he maybe could have taken the O. Oh well

Legit. I agree. But I dont think it was just the fruit thing. Kai has a tendency to start talking metaphysical about bodybuilding if im not mistaken. He was his own worst enemy in a lot of ways. Dudes quads are legendary though.

He is really really into art. My bud who airbrushes has collaborated with him on some projects... think murals, comic book stuff, etc. Some of it is pretty cool.

Yeah, my lifting bud who hangs with him is exactly the same. Dude will go on for 20 minutes about the ideal triceps extensorial proprioceptional supi-pronation contractensation. I think he does crossword puzzles to warm up for lifting

I suspect when he lifts with Kai the workout takes 5 hours.

Im not trying to dogpile on the guy but I have a memory from my days of reading Muscular Development in my spare time.

He mentioned the slogan of the USA channel's "characters welcome" as something he loved. Maybe it wasnt him but Im pretty sure it was.

In that case, Kai is one of the goat of "characters" in bodybuilding.

I think he showed up to court for being delinquent on his rent weighing close to 400 pounds.

If im wrong, by all means correct me but the only one I can see this being is Kai.
