Fat loss for females

I know women have a harder time than men to lose fat. I have seen some female bodybuilders with extremely low body fat, and I am wondering how they do it. Anyone who knows please respond. Is it all diet, clen and t-3? Or is there something else?

Well there are several way for women to loose fat,but the best and unknown drug is topiramate It works very better than anything else to burn fat and has no side effects in hormonal settings(anyway it HAS other side effects).
It's not extremely fast,but a 8 weeks cycle can easly cut up to 20pounds with no training at all(checked on my girl)and without having care of dieting,because you will eat only what you WANT to eat.
It works pretty good on men also.

Hi my friend, Her use these, but i know her training cardio 2 times per day, very low fat diet and carbs and them Little bit Gh with Var and winny, but the workout cardio is the key! AND training deplete glycogen.

I thought topiramate was for migraines and seizures in woman???? How does it work for weight loss???? At what dose?????

Side effects that I see are breast pain in women, nausea and tremors. Anything else????
