22 year old local competitor!

This is my friend S. She is a 22 year old local competitor and has lots of potential.
She just had some pictures taken after a recent competition and I was impressed. I wanted to know what the Professional Muscle ladies thought. I know what the guys will say. I just wanted to test the water before I asked her if she wanted to become a member.

Looks good & definitely good base to build from. The photoshoot pix look leaner than the competition picture. But also note that protan is not a forgiving substance under the lights.

What are her stats? She looks sort of short in the competition pic. Suggestions I'd make for goals to change for competition

- lean out more - condition down the rear & legs - looks like there's some great quad development there.
- abs are fantastic but I"d work on building out more width in the lats & shoulders and a little leaner in the waist (again all that comes w/ dieting down a little more & conditioning) to create the illusion of a smaller waist and more of a V shape.
- bis look great - but would suggest in the double bi poses to not bend the arms down so much - tends to create more of a shortened shape which in turn creates the illusion of greater width and distorted proportion.
- can't see enough to make a comment on the tris - can see some shape in the photoshoot pix but w/ the development in her bis make sure to not let them overpower the tris.
- As w/ all competitors work the capping of the delts!
