This is our first messagge in htis forum I need your help with the train and the cycle of my girlfriend and of course the diet.
She train very hard,(too much in my opinion but who knows?) and this will be her first cycle she wants take a bit of muscle and fatloss here is what i have in mind:
2/3 iu hgh 5 days on 2 off AM
50 mg of primo
20 mg of anavar ED
and some CLEN as she can support
also 25 mcg of T3
Her diet
06:00 50 gr vitargo+50 gr Whey+5grBCAA´s
09:00 8 egg white
12:00 8 egg white whit some tuna
if she is Hungry she may take another extra protein with vitargo shake
15:30 Green salad or other veggies and 200 gr chiken
18:30 two rice cake
PWO 50 gr vitargo+50 gr whey+5gr BCAA´S
Dinner
veggies and fish
she takes also omega3 VIT C+E and zinc
She trains 5 days per week

For someone who want to just build muscle and lean out, they shouldn't really use any AS. This can be done with diet, cardo and weight training. There can be factors like if she is overtrained that could be keeping her from loosing weight. How much cardo is she doing? What does her workout routine look like?

The myth about AS is that it will help you grow muscle and loss weight, but this is far from it. The key elements are still diet and exercise... there are no miracle drugs.

Looks like too much gear and not enough food. My suggestions - if you MUST cycle, stick w/ the anavar and drop the primo for now. She has no experience w/ either so has no idea how she will respond to either and IMO that is an aggressive stack for anyone period.

Seriously - I'd drop the primo. Stick w/ the var at 10 mg ED. 20 mg is too aggressive as well. No reason for that much. The GH -- IMO there's no need for anyone under 35 to be using GH but that's my own opinion.

Also don't like the idea of using T3 if she's trying to build muscle. That's self-medicating w/ thyroid medication. Dont' see the reason for it.

And her diet - seriously - there's no food in it. If you want to build muscle you should be eating something like 1.5 x your bodyweight in total grams of protein. A good baseline ratio of macronutrients would be 40% protein / 30 % carbs / 30% fats - I see an awful lot of vitargo and non-food shit. Total cals should be around 12-15 x your bodyweight at least.

Suggest you load that meal plan into a food counts program so you know really what she is eating - how many total calories? Total grams of proteins/ fats /carbs and ratios of each.

Training volume- 5 days / week is not a ridiculous amount but I have no idea the volume of her training. Is she exhausted all the time? Sleeps poorly? Etc/ If not then probably not too much. I train 6 days / week and do cardio 7 days / week - I do this normally but currently I am also 5 weeks out from a competition so the cardio is actually 2x/day.

As mentioned above -- all the gear is not how you build muscle. A tight diet & training and TIME PUT IN are what build quality muscle mass.
