Anavar dosage split or not

If one takes 10mg of Anavar a day does it have to be split into two dosages to get the best out of it, or can it be taken all at once?? Pill is too small to split

Yes, it needs to be split. It keeps levels even and prevents spikes. You can use a pill splitter. The are relatively cheap and can be purchased at a vitamin store or pharmacy.

What if you are just starting out with 5mg a day, do you still split the dosage? Seems kinda hard to.
