Hey ladies
I'm new to this boad. I've been competing in bodybuilding for e few years. This year I will be doing my first national level show & plan to use Nolvedex for the first time. I've read women taking it anywhere from 2-5 weeks. What are your experiences?

Arimidex?

I also have a question about AI's. I also compete in bodybuilding and are 6 weeks out from my show. I have started taking arimidex at 1g/day since 10 weeks out. My question is: if arimidex have a half life on 4-6hrs, why only take 0.5g twice a day? Shouldnt you take it every 6 hours to block estrogen?

Well if the half life is 6 hours then it makes perfect sense to take it twice daily. 12 hour life span. thus 24hours if taken twice daily.
