clen??..help ladies

Hey Ladies,I am friend of mine wants to use clenbuterol for fat loss...she can get them at 0.04mg a tab....So, any suggestions would help...(like how many to take aday??or to stack with it??)....Thks

Clen in itself is not a miracle fat loss drug. She needs to put some effort in to this. Exercise and an equal effort in the kitchen will get her there faster with no ill side effects or reprocussions.

We're not trying to be condescending or unhelpful, but you can't advise someone unless you have more info about her diet and training, etc. If all this isn't in place, the clen will not do any good.

Not trying to come off as offensive but the fact that it seems she's not doing the research herself says something about her dedication. I mean she is putting the drug into her body, you'd think she'd be a little more proactive about it. I know what I just wrote sound a little harsh but in reality so much can be accomplished through proper dieting...like what that Oldfella guy said.

Girls, the way I see it is exactly the way I dish up advice to the noobs in the forum. This is no different and it does not need to be sugarcoated simply because we are talking about women. You have given excelent advice and I agree with every word. I do not think sound advice given here sounds harsh and you have just given the best help that could have been given.
