Working out at Home

Just looking for some advice on working out at home...my husband is deployed right now making it difficult for me to go to the gym with my 1 year old daughter. I have a treadmill and weights up to 15lbs. I've dropped 70lbs since having my daughter but as all ladies know it's hard getting those last 10-15lbs off ecspecially when i can't go to the gym and what my daughter is eating for dinner looks better than mine :) Any advice on workouts i can do at home to really tighten up my legs and stomach and help shed those last 10lbs. Here is an example of my current diet:

Morning: 6am - Protein Shake
9am - weight control oatmeal
12pm - chicken/veggie/brown rice
3pm - Cliff bar
6pm - Chicken/Turkey/veggie burger/with veggies

Working out at home is tough especially if you don't have all the right equipment, and 15 pounds isn't much weight to work with. However, don't get discouraged. If you can't find a gym with child care or a sitter, then just continue with the treadmill. You might want to check out some exercises videos either at blockbuster or walmart. Every little bits helps and doing one of videos is better than nothing at all.

As for you diet, what are you using to mixing your shakes with water or milk. Watch the calories in milk. Use skim milk or water. I would stay away for the protein bars. They are nothing but glorified candy bar and can cause you to actually gain weight. Replace it with natural healthy foods like your other meals or another protein shake.

Thanks for the advice Sassy! I do use water in my protein shakes - I have since got rid of the protein bars and will switch it with a protein shake. I also just ordered kettlebells as I have been told it can be a great workout at home. I just ordered the video with 18 & 26lb kettlebells so we will see what happens. I'm hoping to reach my goal weight of 125 by the time my husband comes home in October - wish me luck! Thanks again.
