Ive decided to mail her half of my Clen stash and some T3
I know women are more sensitive to Clen, so I was going to recommend her taking 20mcg two hours before cardio. And to run T3 at 30mcg
Now, I am NOT going to recommend both to her at once. Im telling her to either take the t3 or clen.
Are these good dosages for women?
