need some advice from the ladies

to start I came clean to my girlfriend a few weeks ago about using gear and told her the benefits and drawbacks. After playing 20 questions with me she is actually cool with it and just wants me to be safe and was thankful that I am being honest with her.

Yesterday she started asking me if there was anything she could take to help her loose the last 5-10 pounds that she has been struggling with. I have sum t3 and clen but am not sure of a dosing schedule for her. her stats are

age 36
height 5'2"
weight 125

she works out 4 dasy a week her diet is pretty clean the personal trainier at her gym has her doing circuit training with nautalis type machines and eliptical machines. I think she looks amazing how she is has the perfect round ass. she has alittle fat at the belly button but hell for having 2 kids I have no complaints. please help with the dosing and or mayeb a few more exercises thanks

also her measurements are 36c her waist is a size 3/5 i think but usually has to buy bigger cuz of her round butt lol

I know you want advice from a female, but I am going to give you some. Don't give her any clen or t3, I know you love her and that stuff can mess her up. Most trainers at these clubs really don't know alot about nutrition. Hire one of the competive ladies from this site, I am sure they know what they are doing or even a guy. Post her nutrition and I guarantee you will see some response from this site.
 
trust me I am not one to take or give meds just to take a short cut I didnt start using gear till I was 28 and my body reached its peak then had a rash of nasty injuries from football I am not a fan of clen I have had friends use t3 with great success but they are guys lol dont want to hurt my girl besides my boys shes the one good thing in my life.

she is a typical single mom she goes in works out at 530 am before work occasionaly she will go with me at nite time to do extra cardio

she works 8-5 and does all the mom stuff great woman with a great job if she eats out for lunch its general a chicken wrap or a turkey sandwich she eats nuthin greasy very little red meat she sticks to chicken turkey salads with fat free ranch she eats nothing with mayo in it I think she looks great but she has a little stubborn fat in the middle of her stomach that she cant seem to loose she has upped the cardio and ab routine but tis stubborn and she is 36 will be 37 in 2 weeks
 
I really have no idea about clen or t3, but i do know i achieved great results without drugs by following the meal plan, workouts and cardio from my trainer. it can be done, you just have to stick with it. :)
