2009 Competition

Who's competing in the upcoming year? Do you have your contest(s) chosen already?

I intended on doing the NPC Europa Supershow in Dallas, but I have heard there is not going to be a female bbing division. That is certain for the IFBB show. Not positive regarding the amateurs.

So, it's up in the air for me as of now.

Phoenix that's great.....You know it will be here in Orlando in April.. I have contacted the promoters already and may work at the show.(very exciting)I hope we can meet you here in Orlando!

I was gonna do the one in Dallas b/c it's driving distance for me. I am now considering trying my hand with the big girls in Miami in November (if Robin doesn't think I'm being completely unrealistic and jumping the gun), so maybe I would meet you then since that is south Florida too. I assume that's where you live.

If I don't do that, I'll do a regional show in the summer just to have a reason to diet down and get a good look at my progress from the offseason. Dallas 2010 is on though!

I think I'm taking next year off. I don't have any plans so far, so I don't know if I'll do another competition or not. I don't want to do one unless I can hire a trainer. I'm tired of doing it all on my own. The way things are going for us we just don't have the money right now.

I hear you ladies on the $$ factor. It plays a big role in which I decide to do this year. Not complaining though, I live very comfortably. This is just a rather expensive hobby.

If I could lose the fat, I'd do a show,

But since I can't, I'll stick to benching.

WABDL meets in April, August and October.

I can now do 205 lb raw, and I'm trying to get the new shirt to work.

Not too bad at almost 49!

I'm planning on the NPC contest held with the Houston Pro. Last weekend in August.

I'm in a wedding the following weekend. It'll be a crapshoot getting fitted for the dress.

I'm 18 weeks out from the first and 19 weeks out from the 2nd! the 2nd is the USA's which is extremely motivating and I'll be pushing myself like never before!

Where is the show?

I'm about 7 weeks out from the Pittsburgh Figure on May 2. Then 3 weeks later is the Jr USA's in Charleston, SC.
