I'm a man, but... If I can offer some advice, What I used to do to keep on my diet was, schedule a cheat day or meal. That way she can hold off until then. It will be easier if she knows that she will be allowed to eat let's say every 4 to 5 days or so. Then right back on the diet. It actually makes the cheat meal much more enjoyable as well. Just think about how it feels when you're doing a show,at first you can't wait to eat, but after a week or two of eating after the show, it gets old.

Bigguns
you already received some good ideas...but I also tried chocolate whey with a little natural peanut butter, and a little water...I'm not eating it now, because I'm not doing the whey protein at the moment, but it's really yummy, and I can't wait to have that soon as a treat.

The most important thing Bigguns, is to make her focus on her goals, once she sees progress she will know what this is for. After a few weeks the cravings will go away and feel normal.
Another tip is to make sure to drink tons of water and pickles, they have 0 calories, and can help kill the appetite somewhat. Besides no matter what the food is, it's won't taste as good as it feels to be in shape.
