period two weeks early.....

Hey guys my girl just called me at work worried.......she has been feeling sick lately and been getting sick lately.......well her peiod came today and its two weeks early. does anyone know what could cause this? or had this happen?

Her doctor recommended that she discontinue her birth control a couple months ago.......cause she had been on for five years and he said her body needed a break.

Last month she was 10 days late, so she is really confused.

Any help would be great.

My lady did that before her last pregnancy she started early so we thought nothing of it and come to find out she was pregnant!
A lot of factors play a role is this though.. Diet change, exercise increase, stress, all of the above.. Might not hurt to ask in the female forum directly.

she actually has started a new diet recentlly and increased how much cardio she is doing so who knows. she is going to the doc tomorrow

Depending on muscle mass, bf %, amount of exercise, hormones etc. it can cause irregular periods. Please be aware that periods can vary from 23-35 days, so it could be something else but it can also be normal.

Also I should tell you that pseudo-menstruation is a possibility. This is due to the higher estrogen from pregnancy this is what Enraged lady had I'm thinking.

Women have irregular periods when they first start menstruating. By the time she's 18 or so It should correct itself. Give her a couple more years.
