Cytomel

My wife started a cycle of cytomel 25mcg she is 5'9" 150lbs and has been working out for the past 2 years mainly focusing on cardio and ran a marathon last year. She eats well. She has oatmeal for breakfast with greek yogurt, and orange mid-morning, salad for lunch with a protein, greek yogurt mid-day snack, and a protein for dinner with vegetables and brown rice. She is looking to loose weight. She is 3 days into her cycle at 1 pill a day and she is experiencing severe headaches. Is this normal and should she continue on the cycle. Or can you recommend something else for weight loss. Thank you.

i know females who have taken t3 without any issues.
My rule of thumb is if something causes a severe side effect don't use it.
