What is the best diet you gals have had success with..i train a few overweight women and i just cant get them to lose weight like they should be with men fat loss/muscle gain its easy but for some reason i struggle with women and fat loss. any help or guidance will greatly help me!
 
high protein, low carb, low fat with 1-2 big cheat meals per week works for me...and as much cardio as is needed.

Used to be a trainer 10 years ago. 95% were women. The women that werent loosing weight with my training were lying about their food intake. There is always a reason.
 
Add a lot of fruits veggies to your diet. Cut off excess fat & carbohydrates. Avoid red meat, prawns, cuttle fish rich in cholesterol.

So true, either they want it or they don't. People have to be willing to suffer not eating what they want and most are unwilling.

As far a s a good diet, I like:

5-6 meals per day

1.5g protien per lb of LBM

carbs only from green leafy veggies (2-3oz per meal)

20-40g essential fats per day from fish oil, mac oil or evoo

re-feed 1 day a week till weight loss slows down then go to 2 re-feeds a week

I`m a former competitive bodybuilder and now trainer. I find also that overweght women usually lie about what there eating. However, I recommend 30-35g protein, 15-20g complex carbs, and fish oil, mac nut, udo oil. Green Veggies with at least 2 meal. Eat 5-6 meals a day

I've seen keto diets work VERY well for women. But they gotta be willing to suffer a bit ... and they need to think of it as LIFESTYLE change and not just a "diet." Tough concept for a lot of people, not just women.
