IVE BEEN DOING ALOT OF READING ON HERE AND NOW I GOT THE GUTS TO WRITE SOMETHING ON HERE. HERE ARE MY STATS
1.26 YEAR OLD
2.IM 5'1
3.I WEIGHT 146
NEVER USED AAS
AFTER I HAD MY TWO KIDS I GAINED ALOT OF WEIGHT I WAS 170 IN JANUARY I STARTED A STRICT DIET AND STARTED WORKING OUT SO NOW IM DOWN TO 146 SO IVE LOST 26 POUNDS. I STILL HAVE ALOT OF BABY FAT AND IT SEEMS THAT I HAVENT LOST ANY MORE WEIGHT ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS THAT I HAVENT LOST ANYMORE WEIGHT AND IM STILL ON MY DIET AND DOING LOTS OF CARDIO, ZUMBA, I DONT HAVE LOOSE SKIN BUT IM NOT REALLY LEAN SO I WOULD LIKE TO GET LEANER ON MY BODY (MY LEGS,ARMS,AND MY STOMACH) I HEAR ALOT OF YOU TALK ABOUT ANAVAR NOT SAYING IM GOING TO JUMP ON THAT JUST THOUGHT I WOULD RUN IT BY YOU GIRLS FIRST MAYBE YOU GIRLS CAN HELP ME OUT WITH MAY BE A GOOD DIET OR SOME ADVICE OR SOME GOOD WORK OUT ROUTINE ;)

My opinion: diet and training are the most important components, and should be addressed before thinking about adding anything else.
