so ladies.. i have a few girls that want me to work them out. but i have no clue where to even start. is it just like what us guys do?

im thinking of doing a 3xfailure routine for them..they are both new to weights..

You don't say what type of shape their in now - are they young (18-30) mid (30-50) or older? Personally I started with weights when I was in my late 20's.. I'm now in my 50's. Anyway, what I started with was a split routine of Legs, shoulders, bicep, calf then chest, back, tricepss. every other day. 2 excercises 3 sets. Go easy on them or you'll never see them again!
 
well one of them is in excellent cardio shape. all she does is run. and wants to start getting into weights. she is a hard worker.

the other one, not so much. she really has no clue wtf she is doing..and eats like crap. she is going to be the hard one..

both of them are 21-23yrs old
 
Teach them correct form on all excercises. Educate them on what muscles are being focused on during the movement. Teach them the "squeeze". Diet, training stategies etc will follow later. Good luck! Its an honor to be a mentor to others...:D
