Phlogel mess

I recently received some phylogel and last night mixed some test powder into it. I stirred it and got up this morning and the test did NOT dissolve and the phylogel is grainy and gritty and obviously impossible to apply to skin. I have used other things (which are no longer available) without this problem.

Anybody have any idea how to salvage this batch or how to make a new more effective batch of transdermal?

I'm about to make a batch of transdermal gel incorporating Stanolone and am trying to get all the help / guidance I can.

Thanks. I'm having a helluva time getting any response out of the people at Phlogel. I guess they are reluctant to ship to this part of the world.

Mortar and pestle the powder until its like a fine dust and then mix it into the phlojel

This is straight from the compounding manual on their site:

Testosterone free base (crystalline) (TFB)
Strength: 20%
Equipment: Slab & Spatula
Procedure for 50 g:
 Triturate and levigate 10 g testosterone with 13 ml (11 g) Olive
Oil until non-gritty.
 Incorporate 40 g PU in divided portions until complete. The olive
oil is considered a pharmaceutical necessity and is not included
in the total weight.
Comments:
The final product is soft but firm and non-gritty

20% seems like a pretty high concentration. Has anyone tried this with the olive oil as they advise?
