Just got new blood work back and am wondering what I can do to get my RBC, HGB and HCT down. I know I can go donate blood to get some numbers down for this but is there anything else? If not, how often should I go donate as I never have donated before?

I just got some synthelamin a few weeks ago and wanted to start taking it but I thought it increases RBC. IF so how long will it stay at a higher elevation?

I am on 200mg/week of Test C but had dropped down to 120/week a couple weeks before the test.

I have read that cardio will decrease your hematocrit .also if you are dehydrated your hct can increase so stay hydrated

I probably only drink about 1 gallon of fluid a day which isn't much for someone my size. I figured I would have to go donate blood. How much does donating blood drop it? How often do others find themselves having to donate?

I have been on trt for about 2 years now and this test and my last test were the only ones where all these were higher. My previous ones were barely higher than the limit

I needed to donate after little more than 6 months. It varies from person to person I hear. Just keep including hematocrit in the BW. Whole blood is every 56 days. Estradiol (E2) and Free Test are needed every time.
