First cycle mistakes

Hi im 35 and did my first cycle and made alot of mistakes and listened to the wrong advice.
I really need help on what i should do from today onwards
Here goes
15/7 weeks 1-4.. 0.5 ml test E 0.5 ml deca
Weeks 5-7..1 ml test E 1 ml deca
Weeks 8-9.. 0.5 ml test E 0.5 ml deca
No pct was told it was not needed disappointed what i did was wrong i only waited 4 weeks and went again.
12/9 began weeks 1 to 4...1ml of test E only twice a week.
I just started using 0.25 arimidex the last week 4.
This cycle im getting alot of back acne and feel a little tierd what I'm doing i feel is wrong i don't know if i should stop and run a proper pct or continue as its only week 4 should i keep going?
I feel like an idoit and clueless what i should do ive posted on a forum before and got flammed plz don't flame me i just need advice where i should go from here.

telling the volume of the product with out telling the concentration of it doesn't let any one know how much test etc. you actually took. if the Test is at 100mg/ml there is a big difference then if it is 400mg/ml.

Im presuming your test E was dosed @ 250mg/ml and your Deca 300mg/ml?
We need to know for sure before you can get any comments. I see you are ramping up and down with long esters? Why?

I've PM you but your inbox is full. Anyway start with low dosage is right, but for beginners it's better to start with test only, then you can see the the effect of a single roid. Deca has strong progestin nature, you'd better take an AI. Suggest you take a blood test to make sure you've recovered. Then make a fresh start.Since you have acne, wonder the concentration you injects, the dosage is important to the final results and the sides.

In my opinion you should stop and run a proper pct. then take the equivalent time you did your first cycle all the way thru this second cycle and pct and wait. Run you blood and see where you're at. You're messing with your system to much. I believe you will recover just fine though.
