2-3 Whole Eggs
4-5 Whites
3-4 Packets of Instant Oatmeal OR 3-4 Cups of Quick Oats
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Add Raisins or Almonds
Quick and easy to make. I'll make a bunch and refrigerate the leftovers eating them throughout the week as a snack. You can heat them up in a toaster or eat them cold.
