6-8 whole soft boiled eggs (free range) every night along with 300g cottage cheese and 150g blueberries mixed in the CC!
thats the only way i could eat whole eggs again the soft boil LOL :headbang: i think i just have eaten too many dayym eggs in my life that i cant eat them anymore whole eggs that is eggwhites are 50% of my protein source the other 50% is chicken breast i keep it simple
